In my current city, Wrocław (Poland),  they are 2 big universites – Politechnika Wrocławska (PWr) and Uniwersytet Wrocławski (UWr). Since few years UWr is leading yearly mentoring program for students. During the few months, mentors who are “business” people helps students by meeting them directly in 1-1 formula to understand how the job really looks like in the profession which they have choosen, what are the requirements, what they could learn and do better to get they dreamed job. This year also PWr decided to run such program. It means that it is successfull program. It proves also the care which universites started taking over their students.

As Polish universites (program of studies) are rarely built on top of collaboration with industry, it is very importatnt step in changing that and introducing new quality.
